Our Chapel
Spanning over 3,400 square feet, our Chapel comfortably accommodates up to 280 guests and offers an unforgettable setting for your ceremony. Elegant cathedral windows flood the space with natural light, while sparkling chandeliers and sconces set the perfect romantic mood. Guests are welcomed by the soft notes of our baby grand self-playing piano, creating a graceful ambiance from the moment they arrive. Brides and grooms can make a truly dramatic entrance from the 3rd floor, descending a custom staircase onto a raised platform that provides a beautiful focal point for your vows. Gold chairs with white cushions are included for guest seating, ensuring both comfort and sophistication.

Our Grand Ballroom
With over 4,800 square feet of versatile space, the Grand Ballroom can host up to 400 guests, depending on your chosen layout. Towering ceilings, tall windows, and exquisite chandeliers create an atmosphere of refined elegance. The Ballroom includes tables and acrylic chairs for your use, along with four impressive 100" flat-screen TVs—perfect for displaying a slideshow, your monogram, or even a big game. DJ connections to our premium sound system are available, making entertainment seamless. Guests also enjoy access to two patios, allowing them to mingle indoors and out.

Our Lounge
At approximately 1,200 square feet, our Lounge offers an intimate yet upscale atmosphere for up to 80 guests. Overlooking the golf course and river, the space features a dedicated bar setup, two flat-screen TVs, and plenty of stylish seating. With direct access to both patios, the Lounge is perfect for smaller gatherings, cocktail hours, or simply giving guests a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the view.

Our Main Patio
The Main Patio delivers sweeping views of the golf course and river, with ample space for cocktail tables and guest mingling. A portion of the patio is covered, ensuring comfort in any weather, while the open-air section allows guests to fully enjoy the scenery. This space pairs beautifully with both indoor and outdoor events.

Our Bridal Suite
Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, our Bridal Suite offers a serene retreat for the bride and her party to relax and prepare for the day’s celebrations. The space features a beauty bar with hair and makeup stations for up to six, a private restroom, a private dressing room, and a stunning glass-front closet to display your gown. A dining table for six is perfect for enjoying lunch or brunch, while the lounge area—complete with a flat-screen TV—offers a cozy place to unwind.

Natural light streams through the suite, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while a small patio provides a peaceful spot to step outside for fresh air. Located on the opposite side of the building from the Groom’s Suite, it ensures privacy for both parties. A private elevator offers an exclusive and grand entrance directly into the Chapel.

Our Groom’s Suite
The Groom’s Suite is the ultimate space for relaxation, camaraderie, and style. Inside, you’ll find a classic barber chair station, a private restroom, a pool table, and a poker table for enjoying the day with friends. A dry bar with a mini refrigerator keeps refreshments close at hand, while a flat-screen TV provides entertainment. The suite also features a private speakeasy-style lounge and individual lockers for six—perfect for capturing memorable “day-of” photos.

For a moment of quiet before the ceremony, step out to your private patio with sweeping golf course and river views. A private entrance to the Chapel ensures a smooth and stress-free walk to the ceremony, allowing you to arrive in style.

The Private Table
Tucked away on the 3rd floor of our building—accessible by elevator or stairs—is a hidden space designed just for the newlyweds. Soft, low lighting creates a warm and intimate ambiance, while a private table and chairs provide the perfect setting to share your first meal together as a married couple. From its quiet vantage point, the Sweethearts Corner offers a peaceful pause before you make your grand entrance into the Ballroom, allowing you to savor the moment before the celebration begins.

Our Catering and Prep Kitchen has dedicated work spaces, ample storage and a convenient private entrance for all of your vendors.

Conveniently located just 15 miles from Little Rock and 17 miles from North Little Rock, our area offers easy access to a variety of hotels and restaurants. Maumelle itself provides several dining options and a selection of hotels along Maumelle Blvd and HWY 365.
