Meet our Mom - Stephanie Krauser
CEO, Owner, Founder & Design(er)
World’s Greatest Mom for 34 years running and proudly voted the world’s most amazing grandma for 14 years in a row. She and our dad have been setting the standard for marriage for more than 35 years, building a life centered on love, laughter, faith, and adventure.
She’s the heart behind Venue 10. What began as a dream to create something beautiful alongside her daughters has grown into the place we proudly call Venue 10 today. Her vision was never just to build a wedding venue, it was to create a place where families gather, lifelong memories are made, and love is celebrated.
Her signature elegance, timeless style, and incredible attention to detail can be found throughout every corner of the venue. From the grand spaces to the smallest finishing touches, her influence is woven into everything you see.
Above all, our mom’s faith is the foundation of both her life and this business. She believes that keeping God at the center of everything she does is what allows her to lead with purpose, serve others with joy, and create a place where every couple feels welcomed, celebrated, and loved.
Let me introduce myself - Christina Rhoades
COO, Marketing & Event Coordinator
I’ve been swooning over my husband for 14 years and am a proud mom to three amazing kids (plus two very spoiled fur babies!). Life is wonderfully busy, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
By day, I work full-time in marketing, but at Venue 10 I wear many hats as our Chief Operating Officer, marketing lead, and event coordinator. If you’ve toured the venue, exchanged emails, asked a hundred questions, or worked through the details of your wedding day, chances are we’ve already met!
When my mom asked me to join the family business, I never imagined how much I’d fall in love with the wedding industry. There’s something incredibly special about watching a couple’s vision come to life and seeing months of planning turn into one unforgettable day. Being a small part of those memories is a privilege I’ll never take for granted.
Venue 10 has truly become a family affair. You’ll often find our family here on weekends, and it’s so rewarding to watch our kids grow up alongside something my parents dreamed of creating. My hope is that one day they’ll continue the legacy we’ve built together.

Meet my sister - Carley Krauser
Special Projects Assistant
A devoted fur-mom to two and a full-time college student pursuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian, Carley has always had a heart for animals. If you’ve ever met her, you know there couldn’t be a more perfect career for her.
When she’s not studying or caring for animals, you’ll often find her lending a hand at Venue 10. Whether it’s helping behind the scenes, jumping in wherever she’s needed, or supporting our family during busy weekends, she’s always willing to pitch in with a smile.
Carley is the definition of energetic, outspoken, and full of life. Around our family, she’s also proudly held the title of “Best Boo Boo” to her niece and nephews for the past 14 years—a title she wears with honor!
While veterinary medicine is her true calling, Carley is an important part of our family business and completes the trio behind this women-owned company. Her willingness to help wherever she’s needed is just one more reason Venue 10 truly feels like family.
Meet Taylor Ross
Director of Operations
Look familiar? You guessed it -our very own office romance!
This man keeps everything running behind the scenes. From preparing the venue before your arrival to making sure every detail is in place, he’s the steady hand that helps every event come together seamlessly.
A true jack of all trades, Taylor wears many hats. Whether he’s setting up tables, troubleshooting last-minute issues, or making sure the venue is event-ready, he’s always working behind the scenes so you can focus on enjoying your day.
You’ll often see Taylor during weddings and events, quietly making sure everything is running smoothly. While he may not always be front and center, he’s always nearby if you, your planner, or your vendors need a helping hand. Simply put, if something needs to get done at Venue 10, Taylor is probably the one making it happen.
Fun Fact: If you’ve toured Venue 10, chances are you’ve already met Taylor—and if you haven’t, you’ll probably see him on your wedding day making sure everything is just right.
